Outstanding students begin and further their education and careers in our Health Promotion programs. With particular attention to diverse and marginalized populations, our graduates are leaders who are committed to developing programs and conducting research to promote health, prevent disease, and inform policy that enhances health and well-being.
Unique in Canada, the BSc program offers two streams: Community Health Promotion and Health Promotion Research and Policy, practical experience during a final year 12-week internship and an honours option. Our MA Thesis-Based program offers courses and supervision by nationally and internationally recognized faculty acknowledged for their outstanding teaching and scholarly achievements.
